Return and refund policy
At Pet Grooming Hub (petgroominghub.in), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
We accept returns on unused, unopened physical grooming products within 7 days of the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
• In its original, unopened packaging
• Unused and in the same condition as received
• Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
• Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed (shampoos, conditioners, sprays, etc.)
• Products damaged due to misuse or negligence after delivery
• Items on sale or purchased using a discount code (unless defective)
• Products without original packaging
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at varish.dropshipping@gmail.com with:
• Your order number
• Reason for return
• Clear photographs of the product (if damaged or defective)
We will review your request and respond within 2 business days with further instructions.
REFUNDS
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs as evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
