At Pet Grooming Hub, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely across India.

SHIPPING COVERAGE

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

• Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
• Other major cities and towns: 5–7 business days
• Remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain order value — please check the website for the latest offer.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number. You can use this to track your order on the courier's website.

FAILED DELIVERY

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the courier will attempt re-delivery. After 2 failed attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

In the unlikely event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at varish.dropshipping@gmail.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
